CALL TO ORDER
Chair Kron called the meeting to order at 10:05 a.m.

Staff Present:	Carrie Rowley, Local Board Secretary

CALL TO AUDIENCE
Chair Kron opened the call to audience. No comments were received.

REGULAR SESSION AGENDA

REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF THE DECEMBER 17, 2020 REGULAR SESSION MEETING MINUTES

Members reviewed the minutes as written with no further discussion.


				Motion by Member Michelle DeVault, seconded by Member Brett Sadovnick to approve the December 17, 2020 regular session meeting minutes. Chair Kron asked the Board Secretary to conduct a roll call vote. All Members voted yes during the roll call vote.

Vote: 4 - 0 Carried

ADJOURNMENT


				Motion by Member Dan Rhoads, seconded by Member Michelle DeVault to adjourn the meeting at 10:14 a.m. Chair Kron asked the Board Secretary to conduct a roll call vote. All Members voted yes during the roll call vote.
