DISCUSSION REGARDING POSSIBLE USES OF THE PROCTOR-LIEBER HOUSE
|
|
Ms. Dellerman-Silverthorn noted on September 8, 2020, a complete Adaptive Reuse Feasibility Report for Steam Ranch, which included the Proctor-Lieber house, was presented by ConsultEcon, Inc. to the Commission at their regular meeting and on September 24, 2020, a study session was held regarding funding at the Ranch. She encouraged the Commission to review the meetings so that this subject can be effectively discussed. Mr. Jankowski noted that the Proctor-Lieber House is the one building on the property that could be useful to a private entity. He felt that the completion of the Garage, Bunkhouses, Barbeque Building, and infrastructure, along with other improvements will enhance the appeal for the Proctor-Lieber House. |
