CALL TO ORDER

Vice Chair Herrington called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.

Commissioner Outlaw Ryan left the meeting at 11:30am.

Discussion ensued among the Commission and staff.

ADJOURNMENT

Vice Chair Herrington adjourned the meeting at 12:02 p.m.
