Absent:	Richard Hawkinson, Commissioner

Staff Present:	John Spiker, Stormwater Division Manager

Commissioner Hawkinson was excused.

Roll Call was taken at 4:15 PM and there was not a quorum. Chair Crocker adjourned the meeting at 4:16 PM.
