Member Hagedorn called the meeting to order.
Member Honn requested an item be added to the agenda to allow members an opportunity to speak on varying issues or concerns.

Member Honn noted the minutes were incorrect in giving the title of Chairman to Member Hagedorn.
MOTION: A motion was made by Member Honn and seconded by Member Suchland to approve the minutes with the noted correction.MOTION carried, 4-0Bayer Vella, OV Principal Planner, reviewed the standard conditions of art approval.
PARC Members appoint Member Honn to act as a liaison between staff and the PARC. Member Honn will do final certification of the art along with a staff person.
Jonathan Lew, OV Planning Technician, showed slides of the new location of the art. Members are not pleased with the aesthetics of the location and request the owners utilize more landscaping with some type of planters, possibly using pavers as a type of area rug.
MOTION: A motion was made by Member Honn and seconded by Member Suchland move to continue OV45-97-14F to allow the applicant the opportunity to move the furniture into a grouping, use pavers to anchor the pieces together to provide more aesthetic appeal and to include additional landscaping; possibly pots with plants.MOTION carried, 4-0Fred Steiniger from Venture West presented the proposal to the committee.
Tatyana Breslin-Eglin stated rusted metals and stainless steel will be used on the art piece with concrete on the base. The site will include 7 seating areas if the budget permits.

MOTION: A motion was made by Member Honn and seconded by Member Dornberg to approve OV5-08-04, GOVAC, representing the property owner, requests approval of a public art proposal for the Innovation Corporate Center, phase one, the sun dial, with the Standard Conditions of Approval for Public Art.MOTION carried, 4-0Staff will forward the draft of the bylaws via email. PARC Members will be prepared to discuss the document at the next meeting.
