Chairman Adler called the meeting to order at 3:00 P.M.

Member Stephen Roacfh was appointed as the Board of Adjustment Representative and Member John Bohl as alternate.
MOTION: A motion was made by Member Bohl and seconded by Member Dankwerth to adjourn the regular session of the Board of Adjustment at 3:30 P.M.
MOTION carried, 4-0.
Chairman Adler called the Study Session to order at 3:31 P.M.
