Chair Adler led the Board and audience in the Pledge of Allegiance.
MOTION: A motion was made by Vice Chair Dankworth and seconded by Member Bohl to approve

Robert Kirschman, planner, presented a staff report which included the following:

~Existing site conditions
~Variance criteria
~Alternative building locations
~Summary
The property Owners, Francine Trotter and Brandon Trubee, provided a PowerPoint presentation on why they need a detached garage in the front yard. The presentation covered the variance criteria and their reasons for approval.

Joe Andrews, Chief Civil Deputy Attorney, reviewed the changes and provided clarification regarding HB 2525.
Joe Andrews reviewed the definition of "ex parte", and stated the members of the Board cannot speak with an applicant regarding the variance while on site visits.
MOTION: A motion was made by Member Roach and seconded by Member Schoeppach to adjourn at 4:45 pm
