Chair Dankwerth led the audience and Board in the Pledge of Allegiance.

There were no speaker requests.

Council Liaison Solomon did not have any comments.

8-28-18 Draft Minutes

MOTION: A motion was made by Member Perkins and seconded by Member Schoeppach to approve the August 28, 2018 meeting minutes as written.

MOTION carried, 4-0.

Senior Planning Technician Patty Hayes provided a presentation that included the following:

- Location map
- Detailed site plan of property
- Five criteria
- Summary

Chair Dankwerth opened the public hearing.

Oro Valley resident Ken Johnson spoke in support of Item #2.

Chair Dankwerth closed the public hearing.

MOTION: A motion was made by Vice Chair Roach and seconded by Member Perkins to approve OV1802456, a variance to increase the wall height up to 8' along La Cholla Boulevard and Lucero Road, based on the finding that the five criteria have been met.

MOTION carried, 4-0.

Chair Dankwerth adjourned the meeting at 3:10 p.m.
