CALL TO ORDER AT OR AFTER 6:00 P.M.

Chair Sakellar called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m.

Chair Sakellar led the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance.

CALL TO AUDIENCE - At this time, any member of the public is allowed to address the Board on any issue not listed on today's agenda.  Pursuant to the Arizona Open Meeting Law, individual Board members may ask Town staff to review the matter, ask that the matter be placed on a future agenda, or respond to criticism made by speakers.  However, the Conceptual Design Review Board may not discuss or take legal action on matters raised during "Call to Audience."  In order to speak during "Call to Audience" please specify what you wish to discuss when completing the blue speaker card.

Chair Sakellar opened the Call to Audience with no speakers.

1. The applicant shall provide a low level pop out ten (10) feet in length along the sides of Elevations B and C.  A shorter pop out may be provided if a sidewall fence return is located within the front ten (10) feet.
 
2. The Lot Fit Analysis Sheet shall identify a 20’ front setback from the property line.

First Community Academy is May 17, 2012
Encantada at Steam Pump was approved by Town Council
May 9th there will be a community open house on Truck Routes in Oro Valley
May 10th there will be an applicant hosted Neighborhood Meeting for Fry’s Gas Station
Canada Hills Shopping Center on agenda for June
The Town filed for annexation on the west side of Oracle Road, between the Town boundary and Ina Road
