REQUEST FOR REVIEW OF CONCEPTUAL MODEL HOME ARCHITECTURE FOR THE PUSCH RIDGE SUBDIVISION, LOCATED ON PONTICELLO BLVD IN LA RESERVE, OV1313-09.

PLANNING UPDATE (INFORMATIONAL ONLY) Chad Daines, Principal Planner, provided the following Planning Division Updates:November Planning Division Update -The Conceptual Design Review Board welcomes it's newest Member, Bruce Wyckoff.  -There is an upcoming Neighborhood Meeting on November, 19th, which will be in an Open House Format, for the Kai property at First and Palisades.    -The Major General Plan Amendments were heard by the Planning and Zoning Commission at the second meeting on November 7th.  -The General Plan Amendments will be heard by the Town Council on December 11 at 5 PM. -The Conceptual Site Plan for the Stone Canyon Enclave residential Subdivision, which was recommended for approval by the Board was approved by Town Council. -Members of the "Your Voice" project team will provide the Conceptual Design Review Board an update of survey results at the next meeting on December 10th.

-Public Art Amendment will be considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission on December 3rd.

Members of the public may be allowed to speak on these topics at the discretion of the Chair.
  
If you wish to address the Board on any item(s) on this agenda, please complete a blue speaker card located on the Agenda table at the back of the room and give it to the Recording Secretary. Please indicate on the speaker card which item number and topic you wish to speak on, or if you wish to speak during “Call to Audience,” please specify what you wish to discuss when completing the blue speaker card.

Please step forward to the podium when the Chair announces the item(s) on the agenda which you are interested in addressing.

1. Please state your name and whether or not you are a Town resident.
2. Speak only on the issue currently being discussed by the Board. Please organize your speech, you will only be allowed to address the Board once regarding the topic being discussed.
3. Please limit your comments to 3 minutes.
4. During “Call to Audience” you may address the Board on any issue you wish.
5. Any member of the public speaking must speak in a courteous and respectful manner to those present.
