Chair Eggerding called the Regular Session of the Conceptual Design Review Board to order at 6:01 PM.
Chair Eggerding led the Board and audience in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Lou Waters and Council Member Joe Hornat explained the Environmentally Sensitive Lands Ordinance Incentive which permits an applicant to request a modified review process. The applicant must have a detailed site plan and each decision is made on a case by case basis. Once the site plan has been submitted as part of a rezoning request is approved, there can not be changes made. In an effort to better understand the different lot sizes and their impact on neighboring properties, Town Council chose three cases for review and did a site tour. Vice Mayor Waters felt this allowed a better understanding of the differences and encouraged the Board to explore a similar tour.
