Matt Michels, Senior Planner, brought the Study Session to order by reviewing the agenda items and purpose of the study session.

Mike Spaeth, Senior Planner, detailed the purposes of the Board and the Conceptual Design Review Process.

David Laws, Permitting Manager, reviewed site design in Paul Keesler's place.

Bruce Wyckoff, Conceptual Design Review Board member, provided a slide show presentation overview of Architectural Design.

CONCEPTUAL PUBLIC ART: APPLYING THE NEW ART PRINCIPLES, MIKE SPAETH, SENIOR PLANNER AND DICK EGGERDING, CDRB CHAIR |
Mike Spaeth, Senior Planner and Richard Eggerding, Chairman, reviewed the New Art Principles and implementation of them in future Conceptual Design Review Board cases.
