Chairman Gribb called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

John Buette, Member Ray Shelton, Member

Chairman Gribb led the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance.

 

Opened and closed without comment.

 

Gregg Forrest, OV resident, representing Ventana Medical Systems presented the proposal and reviewed the following;

Previously approved elevations
Revised design
Mr. Forrest stated the design does not change the height requirement only the area covered by the panels. 

David Ronquillo, OV Senior Planner, presented the staff report and stated the proposal meets code requirement and the panel color will match the building.  Staff recommended approval with the condition that reflectivity of the exterior finishes of the panels will not exceed 60% and the color of the paint will match the building.

 

MOTION: A motion was made by Member Zinkin and seconded by Member Schoeppach move to approve OV13-08-23A, Advantech Facility Design, requests approval of revisions to the mechanical equipment screen panels proposed along the roof line of building #2, located at 1910 Innovation Park Drive in Rancho Vistoso, with a condition that reflectivity of the exterior finishes of the panels will not exceed 60%. In addition the paint color shall match the building color.

Vice-chair Caswell motioned for adjournment, with no objection the meeting was adjourned at 6:22p.m.
