Continued Item: OV13-06-19H, Olive Garden, represented by GMRI Inc. and CRHO Architects, Inc., requests approval to amend the Master Architecture Concept Plan (MACP) to include “brick clinkers” in approved Vistoso stone mixture, as well as requesting approval of architectural elevations for the Olive Garden at Oro Valley Marketplace, located at the southwest corner of Tangerine Road and Oracle Road. This request is two-fold: 1) amend the MACP to include “brick clinkers” mixed in the approved Vistoso stone; and 2) approve architectural elevations for the Olive Garden restaurant within the Oro Valley Marketplace.
