OV13-08-16, Victor and Sally Chen, represented by W. John Gabb, Architects LLC, requests approval of a custom home located 9880 N. Carodera Canyon. OV13-08-15, Pepper Viner Homes, Requests architectural review and approval of models 2339 and 2627 for Rivers Edge II, located on the north side of Lambert Lane east of the Highlands Mobile Home Park, Parcel 224-28-1570. OV3-08-02, Vistoso Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, represented by Territorial Sign Company, requests approval of a sign criterion.  The site is located at 2285 E. OV12-04-14B, CTW Retail Partners LLC., representing the property owner, requests approval of an alternative parking analysis for Placita Del Oro, located on the southwest corner of Tangerine Road and First Avenue. OV13-08-14, Red Lobster, represented by GHA Architects, requests approval for architecture for Red Lobster at Oro Valley Marketplace, located at the southwest corner of Tangerine Road and Oracle Road.  Architecture has been submitted for Lot 22 at Oro Valley Marketplace.  If you have any questions about this matter, please contact Pamela J. OV12-98-01E, Vistoso Partners, represented by The WLB Group Inc., requests approval of a revision to the Stone Canyon Swim and Fitness Center development and landscape plans.  This proposal is for a revision to the Swim and Fitness center, adjacent to the new Stone Canyon Clubhouse.  If you have any questions about this matter, please contact Pamela J. OV12-07-09, Stone Canyon Golf LLC, represented by The WLB Group, requests approval of development and landscape plans for the Stone Canyon Clubhouse, to be located on the Stone Canyon Golf Course. This proposal is for the new Stone Canyon Clubhouse.  Architecture for the new Clubhouse was approved by the Development Review Board on April 8, 2008.If you have any questions about this matter, please contact Pamela J. OV12-05-28C, Canada Vistas, represented by The WLB Group Inc., requests approval of a revised preliminary plat and landscape plan for the Lofts at Vistoso condominiums at Vistoso Town Center, located at the southeast corner of Rancho Vistoso Blvd. and Moore Road.
