MOTION: A motion was made by Member Ottley and seconded by Member Shelton to approve the consent agenda as presented.MOTION carried, 6-0Chairman Gribb explained why the elections of both the Chair and Vice-Chair were necessary and read the bylaw that applies.
Chairman Gribb opened the nominations for Chair.MOTION: A motion was made by Member Shelton and seconded by Member Schoeppach to elect Member Gribb as Chairman of the Development Review Board.Member Gribb was elected Chairman of the DRB by acclamation.MOTION: A motion was made by Member Shelton and seconded by Member Ottley to elect Member Schoeppach as Vice-Chair of the Development Review Board.Member Schoeppach was elected Vice-Chair of the DRB by acclamation.Karen Berchtold, OV Senior Planner, clarified the upcoming joint study session with the Planning and Zoning Commission.MOTION: A motion was made by Member Schoeppach and seconded by Member Anderson to adjourn the DRB meeting at 6:12 p.m.MOTION carried, 6-0
