OV12-10-03, Kelly Copeland, represented by Coronado Engineering & Development Inc., requests approval of a development plan and landscape plan for Villa Fatima skilled nursing facility, located on the northwest corner of Rancho Vistoso Boulevard and Sun City Boulevard. OV12-10-08 and OV13-10-04, the Town Office of Conservation & Sustainability requests approval of architecture and landscaping associated with new covered parking that supports solar photovoltaic panels at the Town Hall Complex, located at the southeast corner of the La Canada Drive and Naranja Drive intersection.
