1. INTRODUCTION OF VICE MAYOR MELANIE BARRETT (DISCUSSION LIMITED TO INFORMATION AND CLARIFICATION ONLY) She was unable to attend brief statement she looks forward to get to know you.
2. FISCAL YEAR 2018/2019 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS UPDATE (DISCUSSION LIMITED TO INFORMATION AND CLARIFICATION ONLY)
Kristy Diaz-Trahan gives the background on Fiscal year 2018/2019 Capital improvement projects. There was the renovation of James D. Kriegh Park sports
fields. At Steam Pump Ranch the wooden chicken coop was given a preservation treatment and there was also landscape plan implementation. Recreation
software update took place. There were tennis court surface treatments. Community Center and golf improvements.

3. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON IDENTIFYING FISCAL YEAR 2019/2020 PRIORITIES
Kristy Diaz-Trahan discusses the needs that have been brought forth in the past. There were suggestions for playground equipment at Naranja park. More
fields available town wide were also a need.
4. DIRECTORS REPORT (DISCUSSION LIMITED TO INFORMATION AND CLARIFICATION ONLY) Kristy Diaz-Trahan reports the following:
- We are still looking for a Community Center Manager. The position will reopen in January.
- The new Parks superintendent Tom Ellis will start January 2nd.
- The Friday night concert at Steam Pump Ranch on November 2nd had over 500 attendees
- The 5th annual Cocoa 5k on New Years day is partnering with Marana's Egg Nog Job for a commemorative medal
- Off the Vine Wine festival at Steam Pump Ranch on February 16th
- Move Across 2 Ranges on March 2nd
