Public Hearing: OV9-09-001, Vistoso Partners, represented by the WLB Group, requests approval of a Planned Area Development (PAD) Amendment for portions of Rancho Vistoso Neighborhood 5, generally bounded on the north by Rancho Vistoso Boulevard, on the east by the Big Wash, on the south by Tangerine Road, and on the west by Rancho Vistoso Boulevard. Public Hearing: OV7-09-09, The Town of Oro Valley Planning & Zoning Department’s request to amend the zoning code to revise and supplement landscaping requirements associated with residential and commercial development.  The proposed amendments would, if approved, revise and add new requirements to address rainwater harvesting, water planning, plant palette restrictions, irrigation, maintenance, general design, review processes, and administration.
