to approve the Conceptual Model Home Architecture for six (6) model homes in the Saguaro Viejos West subdivision, based on the findings that the request complies with the Design Principles and Design Standards.
MOTION carried, 7-0.

Planning Manager Bayer Vella spoke about the upcoming agenda item for the next Commission meeting in April.
