Oro Valley resident Jim Harrison spoke about the proposed Fry's gas station near the corner of La Canada Drive and Lambert Lane and urged the Council to look at the total impact that the gas station would have on the local community before making a decision.

Oro Valley resident Bill Adler spoke about mixed-use development and the importance it would have in future land development decisions.
