REGULAR SESSION AT OR AFTER 5:00 PM

CALL TO ORDER

Chair Lee called the meeting to order 5:02 p.m. He indicated that all agenda items would be moved to the February 5 meeting and then adjourned the meeting at 5:02 p.m. due to lack of quorum.
