CALL TO ORDER

Interim Chair Anna Clark called the meeting to order at 10:03 a.m.

Commission Outlaw Ryan left the meeting at 11:57 a.m.

DISCUSSION REGARDING THE ROLE, RESPONSIBILITIES AND CONDUCT OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

Planning Manager Bayer Vella reviewed the agenda for the study session. Everyone present introduced themselves and gave a brief background. Everyone also participated in an exercise to help learn each other's names.

The staff took turns and provided a presentation that included the following:

ADJOURNMENT

Interim Chair Anna Clark adjourned the meeting at 12:19 p.m.
