MOTION: A motion was made by Commissioner Shapiro and seconded by Commissioner Verlaque to Approve the minutes of January 14, 2013.
MOTION carried, 4-0.
Mr. Saletta presented a power point regarding the Central Arizona Project Non-Indian Agricultural Water.
-Overview -ADWR Responses to Comments -CAP Pricing of NIA Water -CAP NIA Water Analysis -Tentative Schedule
There will be meetings and workshops scheduled for the application process. The application deadline is scheduled some time in June. Mr. Saletta will provide additional information as it becomes available and present this information at a future Commission meeting.
No action was taken on this item.
Mr. Saletta mentioned that the Southern Arizona Water Users Association submitted comments to ADWR asking for clarification on the Enhanced Aquifer Managment proposal. ADWR is reviewing the proposal and plans to discuss it at the next Safe Yield Task Force meeting February 25.
Several water providers have sent questions to ADWR and responses are expected by February 25, 2013. No action was taken on this item.

-Reclaimed Yearly Volume Pumped - January 2013. No action was taken on this item.
Councilmember Hornat reported on the following: -Approval of Conditional Use Permits for bakery at Tangerine & First Avenue -Public Art Issues -Board of Adjustment - Review of Grading Permits -3/08: -Vaenessa Hickman, State Land Commissioner, will speak at the Metropolitan Pima Alliance luncheon in March.
Commissioner Shapiro reported there was no meeting.
Commissioner Verlaque reported there was no meeting.
Commissioner Hoffmann reported there was no meeting.

Mr. Ruiz reported on CIP Projects:
-Tangerine Hills/Tangerine Meadows: Replacement of valves and fire protection fire hydrants -Construction schedule: 6-8 weeks.
