Water Utility Director Peter Abraham presented the following on the draft Water Utility Annual Report:
- This document gives the opportunity to look at all the accomplishments and events of Fiscal Year 22/23
- This report is required per Town code
- Reviewed the schedule for publication
- Will be available for public record on March 29, 2024

- Held in January 22-24, 2024 in Scottsdale with other municipalities in attendance
- Listed the two goals defined during the workshop

UPDATE AND DISCUSSION ON WELLFIELD & AQUIFER CONDITION (P. ABRAHAM)

Water Utility Director Peter Abraham reported the following on well-field and aquifer condition:
- Data collected from 16 active production wells in the main well field
- Water Utility Operations Manager David Allred informed the commission that the wells need to be shut down for a couple of hours in order to collect the data.
- Described the well locations by referencing a map
- Bedrock was hit in C-4 Well
- Reviewed the data collected and analysis used to assess aquifer condition
- Number of wells that showed aquifer recovery in 2022 & 2023
