Mr. Abraham discussed the tour of Tucson Water's recharge and recovery facilities. He detailed how the Central Arizona Project water is recharged into the aquifer, recovered and pumped to the Forebay Reservoir. Mr. Abraham explained how the water is then wheeled to Oro Valley.

Discussion ensued regarding:
- How this facility compares with the Northwest Recharge & Recovery Delivery System project facility
- Forebay reservoir and booster station proximity to recharge basins or recovery wells
- How future water wheeling with Tucson Water will affect operations and current wheeling stations 
- Water storage at the Avra Valley facility
- Water recharge locations

MOTION: A motion was made by Commissioner Tustison and seconded by Commissioner Milkey to adjourn the meeting at 1:38 p.m.
