REGULAR SESSION AT OR AFTER 3:00 PM

CALL TO ORDER

Chair Affinati called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.

ROLL CALL

Present:	Thomas Gribb, Member
	Daniel Sturmon, Member
	Joseph Affinati, Chair
Absent:	Joseph Brandhuber, Member
	Octavio Barcelo, Vice Chair
Staff Present:	Kyle Packer, Senior Planner
Attendees:	Steve Solomon, Town Council Liaison

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

Chair Affinati led the Board and audience in the Pledge of Allegiance.

CALL TO AUDIENCE

There were no speaker requests.

COUNCIL LIAISON COMMENTS

Council Liaison Steve Solomon did not have any comments.

REGULAR SESSION AGENDA

REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF THE JANUARY 23, 2024 REGULAR SESSION MEETING MINUTES


				Motion by Member Thomas Gribb, seconded by Member Daniel Sturmon to approve the January 23, 2024 meeting minutes as written.

		Vote: 3 - 0 Carried

	2.	PRESENTATION AND DISCUSSION ABOUT THE COMMUNITY'S EFFORT TO CREATE THE NEXT 10-YEAR ACTION PLAN, KNOWN AS OV'S PATH FORWARD
		Senior Planner Rene Olvera provided a presentation that included the following: - Phase 1: Let's Talk - Phase 1: Engagement - Resident feedback - building blocks for the plan - Draft Vision Statement - The Wordsmith Challenge - Guiding Principles - Examples of Draft Guiding principles - Join a resident working group - Next steps Discussion ensued among the Board and staff.

ADJOURNMENT


				Motion by Member Daniel Sturmon, seconded by Member Thomas Gribb to adjourn the meeting.

				Vote: 3 - 0 Carried
				Chair Affinati adjourned the meeting at 3:14 p.m.
