Town Manager Mary Jacobs announced that the Town had received the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting awarded by the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and the Excellence in Procurement Award by the National Institute for Public Procurement. Ms. Jacobs recognized staff for their outstanding work. |

Mayor Winfield proclaimed October 2020 as Fire Prevention Month and urged all Oro Valley residents to check their kitchens for fire hazards and use safe cooking practices during Fire Prevention Month and to support the many public safety activities and efforts of Golder Ranch Fire District.
Community Relations Manager for Golder Ranch Fire District, Anne-Marie Braswell, accepted the proclamation. |
